Celebrating Latino-Americans

WMS students were able to acknowledge the importance of prominent Latinos in our society by impersonating a famous Latino. Students left a lasting impression on their classmates and Spanish Teachers, Sra. Torres and Srita. Gonzalez. Many came in fully dressed and presented their Famous Latinos’ information, in the first person, while also utilizing a PowerPoint or poster. Students went above and beyond by performing and singing along with their Famous Latinos Hits. Some also brought props to be distributed to their classmates, such as, homemade baseball cards, personal biography pamphlets, and so much more.
