Transportation Orientation

Preschool & Kindergarten Orientation will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Transportation will be provided for your child and one parent or guardian.

Preschool (PSD program) Parents – you will receive a phone call from the bus company pertaining to your child’s bus information (pick-up time, bus number and bus stop location) for orientation and the school year.

Kindergarten & General Education Preschool Parents – you will receive your child’s bus pass the last week in August. The bus pass information is for orientation and the school year. Please be at the designated bus stop location 10 minutes prior to the pick-up time listed on the bus pass.

The Transportation Office extends best wishes for a wonderful school year.

About Our Program: 

MTPS Preschool Program- Learn about the preschool program. 

Hours: 9:30 am to 3:30 pm

Locations: We have 12 Classrooms at the following locations: 1 classroom at Whitehall Elementary, 1 classroom at Holly Glen Elementary, 8 classrooms at Oak Knoll Elementary, 1 classroom at The Learning Experience Williamstown, and 1 classroom at ABC Me Grow

Due to limited spacing in the program, we place students where space is available and not by their homeschool.

The active awarded seat/waitlist can be found here.  Awarded seats are highlighted in green and waitlisted seats are highlighted in yellow. All applicants numbers are reflected on the list.

Preschool Lottery Procedure


PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:
MTPS Preschool program is open to Monroe Township residents turning 3 or 4 on or before October 1, 2023.

Due to our limited number of seats in our preschool program, we will be holding a lottery to select students at random to participate in our preschool program. Students who are not selected will be placed on a waiting list.


HOW TO APPLY:
Families can apply for our Preschool lottery by filling out our preschool lottery application (the application will be available on April 3rd). Due to limited spacing, we will hold a lottery to award seats in our program. 

Families who applied for the 2022-23 Preschool lottery will have to reapply for the 2023-24 Preschool lottery.
