Core Services & Responsibilities

• Daily Custodial Operations: Comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of all classrooms, common areas, and athletic facilities across our high school, middle school, and four elementary campuses.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execution of the district’s state-mandated Comprehensive Maintenance Plan, including HVAC servicing, water treatment, and structural waterproofing.
• Grounds & Athletics Upkeep: Professional management of all district acreage, including specialized turf care for athletic fields and snow removal during winter months.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Rigorous adherence to environmental standards, including air quality monitoring and "Green Cleaning" protocols.
