The Monroe Township Public Schools Facilities Department maintains a safe and sanitary environment across its six-school district in Williamstown, NJ, overseeing comprehensive custodial and maintenance operations. The team, under the direction of the Facilities Director, manages school safety, building repairs, and HVAC systems.

Core Services & Responsibilities
- Daily Custodial Operations: Comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of all classrooms, common areas, and athletic facilities across our high school, middle school, and four elementary campuses.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execution of the district’s state-mandated Comprehensive Maintenance Plan, including HVAC servicing, water treatment, and structural waterproofing.
- Grounds & Athletics Upkeep: Professional management of all district acreage, including specialized turf care for athletic fields and snow removal during winter months.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Rigorous adherence to environmental standards, including air quality monitoring and "Green Cleaning" protocols.
