Nutrition: Game On

Healthy choices. New foods. Hands-on fun.

Nutrition: Game On brings healthy habits to life through fun, interactive activities designed for elementary students.

Each month, students take on a new nutrition mission featuring hands-on activities, food exploration, and healthy lunch choices. Along the way, they meet different characters, discover new foods, and complete engaging challenges that make learning about nutrition fun and easy to understand.

  • September — A Pinch of Fun

Exploring flavor through herbs and spices.

This month’s Game On mission focuses on how herbs and spices add flavor to the foods we eat.

Students will explore ingredients like cinnamon, basil, and other seasonings, learning how they grow, how they are used in cooking, and how smell and taste work together to create the flavors we enjoy.
