Registration

As a public school system, we welcome all students who live within the district's boundaries and meet state age and health requirements.

Normal Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.   

Summer Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Genesis Open Registration Parent Guide 

We provide a dependable, secure registration process to ensure a smooth start for your student.

  1. Start Registration: Click the registration link at the top of this page.
  2. Create Credentials: Create a registration username and password. Save this info to resume your application if it is left incomplete.
  3. Log In: Access your new account to find the student enrollment forms.
  4. Complete Forms: Fill out and submit the Enrollment Forms for each student you are registering.
  5. Await Review: Watch your email for a message confirming enrollment or requesting additional details.
  6. Check Parent Portal: Look for school assignments and bus pass info in mid-August via the Parent Portal.

  • Residency in Monroe Township (Williamstown), Gloucester County
    • Proof of Residence – ANY of the following documents will be accepted:
      1. Current property tax statement
      2. Signed lease
      3. Residents who have made settlement within the last 6 months may use their signed settlement sheet or deed in lieu of a current tax bill.
      4. If you are not the property owner or leaseholder, our notarized Affidavit of Residency Form will be accepted along with a signed lease or property tax statement. Download Here 

 

  • Student’s State Issued Birth Certificate (Hospital certificate not accepted)
    • OR Passport (if student is not born in US)

 

  • Parent/Guardian Photo ID
    • *Proof of Legal Guardianship or Court Orders (if applicable)

 

  • Immunization Records (required by law to start)

 

  • Transfer or Final Report Card (with grade promotion)
