WMS Students Get a Sneak Peek at The Outsiders

WMS students had a great reason to head across campus this morning: a special preview of The Outsiders at Williamstown High School!

Accompanied by their teachers, Williamstown Middle School students enjoyed a morning walk to WHS for one of the production's final dress rehearsals before opening night. It was a fun break from the classroom and a chance to support their fellow Braves!

A composite image shows students and teachers in an auditorium, a young man holding a pencil and notebook on stage, and a young woman in a pink dress performing.

The performance had the audience hooked, with surprised gasps during tense scenes, laughter at the lighter moments, and cheers for the cast. The students brought plenty of energy to the stage, especially during the intense, carefully choreographed fight sequences.

There was just as much to admire beyond the acting. From the large, elaborate sets and detailed costumes to the impressive lighting and sound, the work behind the scenes made the show even more exciting. It's safe to say this production has raised the bar once again!

A big thank-you to WHS Drama and Stage Crew, our WMS teachers and staff, and everyone who helped organize today's visit. What a fun morning for our middle schoolers and a great way to celebrate the talent of our high school students!

Now it's the community's turn!

The Outsiders runs October 29–31 at Williamstown High School. Come out, enjoy the show, and support the students who have worked so hard to make it happen!
