Parent Square Teacher Resources
Monroe Township School District is transitioning from SwiftK12 to ParentSquare as its primary communication platform for staff and families. This move supports a more consistent, streamlined approach to sharing information and strengthening engagement across the district.
ParentSquare brings messages, announcements, reminders, forms, and sign-ups into one place. It also includes a mobile app and two-way language translation to help ensure communication is accessible and easy to manage.
For teachers, class lists are pre-loaded, allowing for a smooth start and minimal setup.
About ParentSquare
ParentSquare allows staff to communicate with families through announcements, direct messages, attendance notifications, forms, permission slips, and event sign-ups. Additional features such as calendar tools, classroom communication, and translation support help ensure clear and effective communication.
Communication with Parents
Parents will receive an activation email for their ParentSquare account. Those who do not register will still receive notifications by text, email, and phone. Registered users can view photos, download attachments, message teachers, sign permission slips, and manage communication preferences.
