Athletic Registration & Resources
3 Steps to Get Cleared to Play
1. Complete the Physical Exam
Every student-athlete must have a valid physical examination on file. Physicals are valid for 365 days. The exam must be completed by your physician using the state-mandated Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation forms. Your doctor will keep the detailed exam forms; you only need the Medical Eligibility Form for the school.
2. Register Online via GoBound
Log in to the Williamstown GoBound portal, select the upcoming sport, and complete the digital registration. Parents MUST comlpete the registration using their current email address. The primary email address being used for the account cannot be a student email address.
3. Await Final Clearance
After your document is uploaded to GoBound, it will be reviewed by the school nurse and district physician.
Once your student athletes physical and registration has been reviewed, you will receive a notification through GoBound as to whether you have been cleared or if additional information is needed.

Monroe Township Public Schools provides secondary athletic accident insurance for injuries sustained during school-sponsored athletic events or official practices.

Primary Insurance First: Parents/guardians must submit all injury-related medical bills to their primary personal health insurance first. The school's insurance does not replace your family's health coverage.
