Goal 2: Student Achievement
The Monroe Township School District will continue to strengthen teaching and learning, while ensuring purposeful integration of technology into curricula, to improve student achievement at all grade levels for all students, and decrease achievement gaps where they exist by implementing interventions and instructional supports.
Goal 3: Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
The Monroe Township Public School District will create an ecosystem of connections to promote Parent/Community engagement and increase two-way communication to foster belonging, transparency, and trust.
Goal 4: Operations & Budget
The Monroe Township Public School District will be fiscally responsible for making data-driven decisions and conducting long-range planning decisions, while also keeping instruction at the forefront of decision making.
Goal 5: Human Resources & Labor Relations
The Monroe Township School District will build capacity to recruit and reskill the most highly qualified staff possible, while increasing diversity in administration, professional, and support staff.
