Preschool Lottery Procedure
Preschool Lottery 2025-2026

• MTPS preschool program is open to Monroe Township residents turning 3 or 4 on or before October 1, 2025.
• Due to the limited number of seats in our preschool program, we will hold a lottery to select students at random to participate in our preschool program. Students who are not selected will be placed on a waiting list. The lottery for the 2025-2026 school year will take place on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 5:00pm.
• Preschool students selected for the preschool program will be placed at a school that has available space. We cannot accommodate requests for schools at this time due to the limited space available in our program.

How to Apply

• Families can apply for our preschool lottery by filling out our preschool lottery application. The application will be available starting Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Applications will be accepted Tuesday, April 1, 2025 - Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Due to limited space, we will hold a lottery to award seats in our program.
• Families who applied for the 2024-2025 preschool lottery and were placed on the waitlist will have to reapply for the 2025-2026 preschool lottery.
